I haven't been around in a year and some change, so I'm gonna talk a bit I started college, that's a thing. one hell of a fucking thing if you ask me. Man, how life has changed since that last journal entry. Let's see, I visited a friend in Portland for a week over the summer, started college, my dad nearly died of pancreatis and quit drinking and turned into a bearable person now, I filled in for him working nights at a barbecue restaurant even though I'm a full-time student, blew a bunch of financial aid money on a PS3 and a fuckton of games (and I've bought more and more games each quarter) a nearly year-long relationship ended, I turned

I know I'm not ever around anymore, but I figured I'd tell you about what's happened in my life since I stopped talking about it here, and, well, since I've stopped being here in general. I graduated high school, that's a big one and somehow I never mentioned that. I got a job, cooking barbeque part-time at a local restaurant, I got accepted into the school I've always wanted to go to, where I plan to start in fall if things go well. I've made new friends, gotten closer to old friends and lost some friends, too. I like a lot of different things than I used to, and I've just grown up a bit in general.
